Employment Solicitor (2-6 PQE) – Leading Dublin Law Firm
DAC Recruitment is delighted to partner with a highly regarded law firm in Dublin that is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for employment law to work on high-quality matters in a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role:
- Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues.
- Representing clients in employment-related disputes, including before the WRC and Labour Court.
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Advising on workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assisting with corporate transactions, including TUPE and employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions.
- Keeping clients up to date with employment law developments and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-6 years’ PQE with solid experience in employment law.
- Strong technical expertise with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience advising employers and employees on complex employment matters.
- Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and case law.
