Currently hiring a number of Corporate Solicitors from O-6 PQE to join excellent private practice teams in Dublin.
Role Description:
These roles are full-time hybrid roles located in Dublin with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal agreements, negotiating deals, and providing legal counsel to senior leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations and standards.
Experience in:
Mergers and Acquisitions
Corporate Finance
Commercial Contracts
Qualifications
- Expertise in corporate law and legal regulations
- Experience in advising and representing companies in corporate legal matters
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
