Registration and Profile Information

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide information including an e-mail address, your name, one or more contact phone numbers and contact information for your designated recipients. From time-to-time, the Legal Spiel Service may include functionality that permits you to provide profile information that may be accessible by recipients that you designate and applicable emergency responders.

Legal Spiel may de-identify and aggregate your personal information (including, without limitation, usage statistics) with information from other users of the Legal Spiel Service.  Legal Spiel may use or disclose such aggregated information for purposes of operating, modifying, improving, promoting or otherwise commercializing the Legal Spiel Service or the aggregate data, but in no event shall such aggregated information include any personally identifying information.

By signing up to Legal Spiel you are entering into an agreement which gives us the legitimate basis to process your data, in line with GDPR requirements. In order to provide a service to you we need to have certain data from you as requested and will need your consent to hold and process this information, which will include it being able to be accessed by third parties within our site who have also confirmed that they will comply with GDPR requirements.
Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to see a full copy of any data we hold about you, and also the right to request that it is fully deleted from our system.
This is also true for the data you hold about your other person that you find through the Legal Spiel platform - you must confirm that you are adhering to GDPR requirements by safely storing any information you download on any other person on this platform, including but not limited to CVs. You confirm that any information you download on another Legal Spiel member will be kept in compliance with GDPR.

Use of this site

You confirm that you are adhering to the GDPR in your own right when you continue to use the platform and if you are not in compliance you must not use the platform to contact or find any other member. Continued use of the Legal Spiel site confirms your adherence and acceptance to this requirement.
